征稿一：
知识图谱被认为是解决问答系统之外的语义理解问题的重要途径，各种以知识图谱为核心的解决方案也被提出。这些工作包括知识图谱的创建、理解、搜索、推理、修改，特别是最近的机器学习嵌入技术。在知识图谱的基础上，可解释的人工智能以及人机交互正在成为可能。
由计算机与网络空间安全学院段玉聪(Yucong Duan)教授课题组组织的权威SCI期刊专辑，现就DIKW（数据、信息、知识、智慧）主题，面向国内外研究人员公开征稿。

段玉聪，海南大学计算机与网络空间安全学院教授，博士生导师，南海名家获得者、海南省领军人才，大数据学科负责人，数据科学系主任，海南大学学报编委，美国中密西根大学研究员。2006年毕业于中国科学院软件研究所，先后在清华大学、韩国浦项工科大学、首都医科大学、法国国家科学院、捷克布拉格查理大学、意大利米兰比克卡大学、美国密苏里州立大学等进行访学，2012年作为D类人才引进海南大学,累计发表论文140余篇，SCI刊源近30次，EI刊源120余次。论文Google学术统计引用超过1200次，目前担任多个SCI期刊的编辑和多个领域顶级会议的程序委员会委员，以及十余个SCI期刊的审稿人。
